Are you looking for a brand new opportunity in Leicester? We have HGV Class 2 refuse truck driving opportunities available. You will be a professional, polite and calm driver who will go out with the crew in built up residential areas to collect household waste, recycling and garden waste. At busy times you may need to support the team with any loading to get the job done. This role is vital to the community, so we are looking for a reliable person who is willing to go over and above to get the job done.

Duration: This is ongoing work, apply now to be considered for this role.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.60 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not offer visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work, with start times from 06:30 and you will always be paid a minimum of 7 hours per shift.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving licence
  • HGV Class 2 qualification and driving experience
  • Rear steer experience would be an advantage
  • A reliable person and a good team player
