We’re recruiting an experienced Wood Cutting Machinist to join a leading furniture manufacturer in Ilkeston, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
You’ll be responsible for operating band saws and cross-cut saws to accurately cut timber for the production of high-quality sofa frames. Working as part of a skilled manufacturing team, you’ll ensure all timber is cut to specification while maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.
Duration: Ongoing reliable work is available.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.00 per hour throughout your assignment. You will also receive 28 days' holiday per year (pro rata).
Working Hours: This role is Monday to Thursday, working 6:00am until 4:00pm, giving you a three-day weekend every week.
