Don’t miss out on this opportunity to work for a great company in the aerospace industry as a Moulding Operative on a temp to perm basis! This is a hands-on role requiring strength and the ability to work well in a hot environment. As a Moulding Operative, you will be involved in compression moulding of aerospace rubber components. This will entail various duties including cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools. You will need to be a reliable, hard-working person for this role.
Duration: Genuine temp to perm role with full-time hours.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.21 an hour and enjoy company benefits. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
We do not accept visa sponsorships.
Working Hours: Enjoy a half day on Fridays working 06:30 to 11:30, and 06:30 to 15:30 Monday to Thursday.

- Previous machine operating / moulding experience.
- You will be comfortable working in hot environments.
