WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MOULDING OPERATIVE IN HINCKLEY FOR A TEMP TO PERM ROLE!
As a Moulding Operative you will be involved in:
- Compression moulding of aerospace rubber components
- Cutting blanks
- Loading and demoulding parts
- Loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.21 as a starting hourly and enjoy company benefits. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday work, starting at 06:30 and finishing at 15:30. On Fridays you will work a shorter day from 06:30 to 11:30!
Experience & Qualifications: You will need to have previous machine operating / moulding experience, and you will be comfortable working in hot environments. The right person will have a positive, hardworking attitude.
