Do you want to work flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle? We are looking for HGV1 Drivers looking for either part or full time work out of our client’s depot in Eastwood. These will be trunking runs with no handball required and no more than 3 runs per shift.
Duration: There are long term roles potentially available for the right candidate.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: This role offers pay of £15.00 an hour Monday to Friday and £18.50 per hour for Saturdays. After 12 weeks, pay goes up to £15.92 Monday to Friday and £23.88 per hour on Saturdays after 12 weeks. You will accrue holidays pro rata up to 28 days.
Working Hours: You will be working for a client with a 24/7 operation so depending on your availability, you will be able to pick up shifts on days, afternoons or nights. Shifts start generally at 7am, 3pm or 6pm.
Experience & Qualifications: We are looking for:
- A full HGV1 Licence with more than 12 months experience
- A digital tacho card
- The drive to work varied shifts
- A valid CPC card
- 2 years of recent checkable work history with no gaps
