If you are a HGV Driver looking for steady hours within Refuse, then we want to speak with you! We are on the hunt for reliable and talented HGV drivers who can drive Refuse Wagons making residential and commercial collections of waste and recycling. This position requires teamwork and you will be out on the road with up to 3 loaders who will assist with the collections. Please note, although the role is for a driver, we do expect drivers to be able to assist with loading (when needed).

Hourly Rate: This role pays a starting wage of £16.62 per hour with 28 days of holiday pro rata.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday working from 06:00 till approximately 14:00. This is a task and finish role!

Experience & Qualifications

  • A valid Class C entitlement on a UK driving licence
  • An in-date Digi Tacho Card
  • An in-date CPC Card
  • Previous experience in refuse is an advantage
  • A maximum of 3 penalty points on your licence
