Job Description
Earn up to £20 per hour as a HGV 1 Driver on day shifts!
This is a new opportunity for reliable drivers looking for regular work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
You will be:
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles with walking floor trailers
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
- Completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all driver hours and road transport regulations
Hourly Rate: £17 per hour PAYE with 28 days of holiday pro rata. Alternatively, you will recieve £20 per hour via our approved Umbrella.Please note we do not offer visa sponsorships.
Working Hours: Choose the working pattern that best suits your lifestyle:5 shifts out of 7 days (choose your preferred working days)4 on, 2 off4 on, 4 offAll shifts are 05:00 / 06:00 until approximately 15:00 .

Experience & Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous walking floor experience is preferred, but drivers with relevant Class 1 experience may also be considered
- Good understanding of driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
