Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Hedge Trimmer / Groundworker to join the team, working on commercial and residential sites across the Lincoln area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial grounds maintenance experience who is looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work.
The Role
- Commercial hedge trimming and grounds maintenance
- General groundworks and outdoor maintenance duties
- Using hedge trimmers and other grounds maintenance equipment
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
- Following all health and safety procedures
Duration: The position is temporary to permanent position.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £15.00. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday a year.
Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday, typically doing 6 hours a day.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous commercial hedge trimming experience is essential
- Experience in grounds maintenance / groundworks
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have your own transport due to the location of the work
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
