Join a Busy and Growing Team!
I’m looking for a reliable and hardworking FLT / Production Line Operative to join a well-established company based in Heckington.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for consistent, full-time work with regular overtime available.
You will be
- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading and moving stock around the site.
- Working on the production line to ensure products are processed efficiently.
- Carrying out general warehouse and production duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Supporting the wider team to meet production targets.
Duration: This is a temporary to permanent position.
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.99 an hour with overtime paid at £16.23 an hour. You will accrue up to 28 days of holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.
Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday up to 12 hours a day.
