We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working in Market Harborough and surrounds. Outdoor work!
Working as a Grounds Operative, you must be able to work to a fast but thorough pace using your own initiative and, above all else, be reliable. You must have experience of operating mowers, handheld strimmers, and hedge cutters.
Your role will be varied daily to include tasks such as:
- Mowing grass areas
- Trimming bushes and hedges
- Maintaining public areas
- Cemetery maintenance
- Fly tip removal
- Weeding
Please note you must have your own transport to apply for this position.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.21 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in an outdoors/gardening role is required. Due to location and the job, you must have your own car for this position.
