Earn over £600 a week in this hands-on outdoor labouring role! We are looking for reliable operatives who are comfortable working in all weather conditions and enjoy practical, outdoor work. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of artificial sports surfaces across various locations nationwide. Working as part of a team, you will travel throughout the country, with occasional overnight stays required due to location distances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and repairing a variety of outdoor sports surfaces
  • Operating small motorised vehicles and equipment for surface upkeep
  • Carrying out general manual labouring duties
  • Lifting, moving, and handling equipment and materials as needed

Contract type: Temporary.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 an hour and accrue holiday up to 28 days per year pro-rata.

We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working hours: You will work varying days Monday to Friday, starting between 04:00 am to 07:30 am. Usual days can last up to 12 hours.

Closing date: 2026-06-23.

Experience & Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with experience in outdoor or physically demanding labouring work who are comfortable working in a hands-on environment. You should be willing to travel nationwide and occasionally stay away overnight when required. Due to varying shift start times, your own transport is essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under direction are also important for this role.
