We are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Class 2 ADR Driver to operate fuel tankers transporting petrol and other fuels from our Grantham base. This role is ideal for a professional driver who takes pride in safety, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe transportation of fuel products (including petrol) using Class 2 tanker vehicles.
- Carrying out pre-use vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy.
- Adhering strictly to ADR regulations, company procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Completing all required paperwork accurately.
- Representing the company professionally at all delivery sites.
Duration: Long term ongoing role, with perm opportunities.
Contract Type: Temporary.
Hourly Rate: £16.30 p/h basic wage.
Weekly pay: 28 days, annual leave pro-rata.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 06:00 start, averaging 10 hour shifts.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Previous tanker or fuel delivery experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
