We are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers to work for a very well-known logistics provider, delivering ambient goods to a major UK supermarket. This is a night trunking and store delivery role based out of Goole, East Yorkshire, offering consistent work and well-planned routes.
- Delivery of ambient goods to supermarket distribution points and stores
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
Your Key Responsibilities are to:
- Carry out and record daily vehicle safety checks in line with company and legal requirements
- Ensure all delivery paperwork and documentation is accurately completed
- Unload cages at each delivery point (manual handling required)
- Return all completed documentation to the transport desk at the end of each shift
- Operate vehicles safely, professionally, and in compliance with drivers’ hours and road transport legislation

Hourly Rate: Week Nights £16.95 per hour, Saturday Night £19.63 per hour, Sunday Night £21.41 per hour
Working Hours: Start times between 15:00 and 22:00, Shift lengths planned between 9 and 12 hours per run, Guaranteed 5 shifts per week on a Wednesday to Sunday pattern, Alternative shift patterns may be available; however, these may not always provide 5 shifts per week.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum of 6 months’ Class 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
