We are seeking an organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive operative to join an established team as a warehouse store person. This is a varied role where reliability and dedication are key. Working for a growing and supportive company provides a great chance to start your next career step.
Previous experience working within a warehouse, specifically the “goods in” area, along with good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work and fellow team members, is required.
Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Checking in all deliveries and goods received
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining detailed delivery and dispatch records
- Picking and packing goods (manually and using FLT)
- Taking goods received to their appropriate departments
- Supporting all departments with inventory and stock count
Duration: This is a genuine temp‑to‑perm position for the right candidate, offering full‑time hours and an immediate start.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.20 per hour. You will accrue holiday up to 28 days per year pro‑rata.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00‑17:30 Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday at 15:15.
