Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

The Recruitment Consultant Role
\n
-Developing trusted partnerships with clients
\n
-Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
\n
-Providing recruitment market insight and workforce planning advice
\n
-Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
\n
-Maximising opportunities within existing accounts
\n
-Sourcing and attracting candidates
\n
-Managing applications in line with current legislation and compliance standards
\n
-Delivering an outstanding candidate experience
\n
-Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
\n
-Promoting vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms
\n
-Building lasting relationships with candidates to support their long-term careers
\n
About You
\n
Can you demonstrate:

Previous experience in a similar recruitment role
\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
\n
Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
\n
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to development
\n
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
\n
A collaborative, team-focused attitude
\n
A strong desire to progress your career
\n
You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as regular client visits form part of the role.

Working Hours
\n
This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham office.
\n
You'll also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
