The duties within this Class 1 role include:
- Completing temperature controlled deliveries
- Sealing and unsealing back doors
- Monitoring the refrigeration unit
- Reporting temperature issues to the depot
- Trunking to RDC or NDC, no multi drop
- Coupling and uncoupling trailers
- Supervising unloading/loading (no Manual Handling)
- Maintaining delivery records
Duration: This is a temporary, but ongoing position.
Contract Type: Temporary.
Hourly Rate: The Umbrella rate for this position is £19.88 standard and £26.43 overtime.
We do not accept max 20 visas or sponsorships.
Working Hours: Start times are between 1100 & 1500 each day. Shift lengths are approximately 10 hours.

Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will need:
- A full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement.
- A minimum of 12 months continuous experience driving articulated lorries in the UK.
- A Digital Tacho Card (Digicard).
- A valid Driver CPC Card.
- A strong and coherent understanding of driver’s working hours and working time directive.
- You must not have more than 6 points on your licence.
