We’re recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a successful, well-established company based in Bracebridge Heath. As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating drivers, planning routes, liaising with customers, and helping keep deliveries running efficiently.

Duration: The position is temporary to permanent.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £15 with extra for overtime. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please not we do not offer sponsorship.
Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role with an 8:00am start. Working hours will typically range from 8 to 12 hours per day, depending on seasonal demand, with longer hours available during peak periods.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator or similar transport/planning role.
- Good geographical knowledge of Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to muck in and support the wider team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively.
