We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Production Operative with line leading and machine operations, to join a well-established pet food production company based in the Old Leake area of Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work within a growing production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a pet food production line
- Leading line operations

- General warehouse duties including keeping the work area clean and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site. Good work ethic and reliability are required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfort working as part of a team. Previous food production experience and machine operation experience are desired.
This is a temp to perm role only (requires full-time obligation).
Shift Pattern
- 4 on 4 off rotating shift patterns
- Days 0600 - 1800
- Nights 1800 - 0600
- 12-hour shifts

- Starting wage £14.10 (Raising to £14.60 as of April 2026)
