Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you active and makes a real difference in your community? We’re recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our dedicated team in the Caenby Corner, Hemswell Cliff area, supporting services across West Lindsey.
About the Role: As part of our operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping local communities clean and safe by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that involves:
- Reporting to the main depot Caenby Corner, Hemswell Cliff
- Manual handling and loading of waste materials
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Walking long distances throughout your shift
- Working closely with colleagues to complete daily collection rounds
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to an essential public service.
Hourly Rate: You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. Any hours worked over 37 a week are paid at £19.27. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.
Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday with a start time of 7am.
