New role for 2026? We are looking for hard working individuals to join our local refuse loading team. Join our team of refuse loaders in the Leicestershire area where you will go out with your crew on planned routes to collect general waste, recycling and garden waste bins. You will be working in the public eye therefore you will always be polite and professional when working. You must have previous outdoor experience as you will be working on your feet all day, come rain or shine. Teamwork is key to this role!

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid from £12.21 per hour. This will increase to £13.07 per hour after 12 consecutive weeks. Holiday is accrued from your first shift, up to 28 days per year pro rata.
We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday shifts available with start times from 06:30am. You will be paid a minimum of 7 hours work per day.

Experience & Qualifications: You must have experience of working outdoors in a physical role and be a hard-working, reliable team player. This is a physically demanding role so you must have a good level of fitness. Having your own transport is preferred due to shift times.
