Are you highly organised, a strong communicator, and confident using computers? We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in Hinckley. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records, logging enquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with wider office tasks
- Managing and updating engineers’ schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
