Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you active and makes a real difference in your community? We’re recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our team based at Caenby Corner, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough. The Role: Working as part of a crew, you’ll help keep local communities clean by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role involving:
- Reporting to the depot at Caenby Corner
- Collecting and loading household waste
- Manual handling throughout the shift
- Walking long distances
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Duration: Long term ongoing with permanent opportunities.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. (up to £650 per week)Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday0700 startAveraging 9 hour shiftsSaturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.
