Job Description
Flexi FLT operators needed in the Tuxford area. You will be working for a leading distributor of furniture and kitchen fixtures and fittings. This is a great opportunity to become part of a thriving warehouse team in a fast-paced and expanding business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely and efficiently operate a Flexi Forklift Truck to move, stack, and retrieve goods.
- Manage the handling and distribution of furniture and kitchen components within the warehouse.
- Support general warehouse operations, including:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth workflow
Duration: This is an ongoing role with opportunities to be taken on a permanent basis.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £13.25 and you will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please be advised that we cannot offer sponsorship.
Working Hours: The usual start time is 08:00 with shifts lasting 8-9 hours depending on demand.

Experience & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Flexi Forklift Truck licence is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred, along with a proactive attitude and willingness to support all aspects of warehouse operations.
- If you’re based outside the local area, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
