Job Description
Minimal manual handling, weekly pay and immediate starts!
This Class 2 HGV role will require you to complete up to 8 deliveries or collections from hotel chains in the UK throughout the shift.
Whilst this role is minimal manual handling you must be able to work safely with caged goods and be comfortable operating tail lifts.
Responsibilities involve:
- Safely operate a Class 2 (category C) vehicle
- Conduct daily vehicle checks
- Comply with all road transport and health and safety regulations
- Complete up to 8 collections or deliveries per shift
- Load and unload caged goods with the use of a tail lift where necessary
- Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Duration: This is a temporary role with consistent ongoing work available
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £16.97 per hour PAYE with 28 days of holiday pro rata.Please note – we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorships.
Working Hours: This role is a 4 on 2 off work pattern with extra days available for you should you wish.Start times are typically 0400 with shifts lasting 9 to 12 hours.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience required:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience with caged good and tail lifts
- Experience completing paperwork and due diligence accurately
