Job Description
Are you looking for regular Monday to Friday driving work with an early finish? We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy Refuse and Recycling operation.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, consistent weekday hours and the potential to move into a permanent position.
You’ll be responsible for driving refuse collection vehicles across residential and commercial routes, carrying out waste and recycling collections throughout the day.
You’ll work as part of a team alongside up to three loaders, who will support with the collections. Drivers will also be required to assist with loading when necessary, so being willing to get involved and work as part of the team is essential.
Duration: Ongoing temp work is available on a reliable basis.

Experience & Qualifications
- Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C entitlement
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Previous refuse driving experience is advantageous
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Reliable and hardworking approach
- Comfortable working outdoors and carrying out physical duties
