FLT Driver, Counterbalance & Reach
£14.50 to £16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
08:00 to 17:00
We’re recruiting an FLT Driver in Alfreton, Derbyshire, who can operate Reach and Counterbalance FLT’s, to join a small, friendly warehouse team of five. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift driving (Reach and Counterbalance) with general warehouse duties, loading and unloading deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance FLTs
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving, storing and organising stock
- Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working environment
The Details
- £14.50 to £16.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
- One-hour lunch break
- Small team environment
Hourly Rate: £14.50 to £16.00 per hour / £30,160 to £33,280 per annum

Experience & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- You MUST have a valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences
- Previous warehouse experience
- Happy to get stuck into manual warehouse duties as well as forklift work
- Reliable, organised and a good team player
