Job Description
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team, supporting a long-standing client based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Working within a chilled and frozen warehouse environment, your duties will include picking and replenishing stock to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Keeping pick faces fully stocked and replenished.
- Moving pallets safely from bulk storage areas into active picking lanes.
- Accurately picking chilled and frozen goods using headsets or handheld RF scanners.
- Following health and safety procedures while working in a cold store environment.

Duration: TEMP TO PERM ROLE.Fantastic company with an immediate start.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.55 per hour.Holiday entitlement accrues up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is essential, ideally within a chilled or freezer environment. FLT Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master experience would be a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual and have excellent communication skills.
- Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Be keen to develop their skills and progress within the role and company.
- Be available for full‑time work with an immediate start.
- Have reliable transport to and from Coalville, as transport is not provided.
