This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

As our Head of Creative, this is what you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the leadership and management of the Creative Studio, the UI/UX team, the Web Manager and Webflow Developer.
  • Curating and expressing our brand through campaigns, the B2B website and our suite of QS products.
  • Managing the UI/UX team, assisting with business strategy based prioritisation and QA’ing designs according to our QS Brand system.
  • Collaborating daily with Marketing, Product, Content, and other stakeholders to ensure outstanding, consistent and on-time creative delivery.
  • Coaching the international Creative Studio and UI/UX team members by providing timely feedback and ensuring quality control.
  • Maintaining close contact with the Web Manager on website developments, QA and fixes.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a team of creatives in various locations.
  • Running team meetings and weekly Creative Critique sessions.
  • Proactively suggesting branding evolutions for marketing campaigns.
  • Managing expectations of senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
  • Leveraging strong project management skills to successfully deliver on creative and UI/UX projects.
  • Conducting and facilitating training sessions for QS teams.
  • Regularly using and training in AI and automation tools to improve workflow.
  • Ensuring that brand guidelines are current and adhered to in all creative activities.
  • Maintaining and overseeing the SharePoint site and Canva folders.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe suite (Figma, Hubspot and Webflow a plus).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build and optimise creative output.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience creating social media content and print materials.
  • Excellent time management skills and finding efficiencies in workflow.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
