This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

As a Consultant, this is what you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to international consulting projects including occasionally taking a leading role on some components: planning, managing, and delivering; ensuring high expectations for quality in all assigned projects and deliverables.
- Contributing to business development opportunities for prospective clients: scoping and proposal tailoring.
- Enhancing the customer experience to convert one-time satisfied customers to long-term partners and champions.
- Contributing to channel insights surfaced through close working with the team and QS stakeholders into evidence-based feature recommendations for products and services across the QS portfolio.
- Building a sound working knowledge of international higher education.
- And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.

- Highly effective presentation and communication skills, supported strongly by data where appropriate and backed up by a commitment to excellent customer service (Advanced PowerPoint: mandatory; skills in other design tools a plus).
- Robust standards of concise, professional, and insightful report writing.
- Confidence with data processing and visualisation tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, R, etc.) is a plus.
- Professional fluency in English; a fluent command of one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese or French is a plus.
- Experience in higher education and/or established consulting practice experience is a plus.
