This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office.

The role
This is a rare opportunity to join QS in a newly created role supporting two of our most innovative and impactful global university consortia: the Future17 SDG Challenge Program ( and the pioneering Responsible AI Consortium.

As our Administrator, you’ll be at the very centre of the action – the vital connector behind the scenes who ensures everything runs like clockwork. You’ll coordinate across global time zones, support cutting-edge projects, and be the go-to person for a wide range of stakeholders, from leading universities and ambitious students to global industry partners.

Role responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary from Consortia to Consortia, key responsibilities across both of them will include the following:

  • Proactive calendar and communication management, including those of senior management team.
  • Keeping things moving and delivered: organise meetings, prepare materials (presentations, agendas, minutes, and action items), and track follow-ups to ensure priorities stay on track.
  • Maintenance of the data and records with precision.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work on tight deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
  • Keeping up to date of both internal and external trends to help shape continuous growth and development of the Consortiums.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and anticipate the needs of the Consortiums – going beyond task execution to add strategic value.
  • Expanding your impact: Candidates with an interest in getting involved in broader business operations – such as process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, or strategic initiatives – will have the opportunity to contribute beyond the above responsibilities.

Key Skills And Experience
We’re looking for someone with a positive collaborative attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for organisation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and adapt, and ready to contribute to an exciting working environment.
But most importantly, we are looking for someone who can strongly relate to the QS values and has the ability to champion them.
A Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of following processes and procedures and suggesting efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Experience of working on own initiative, to organise and prioritise work.
  • Familiarity with Higher Education or EdTech sector is beneficial.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial.
