What You'll Do
- Consulting Engagement: Contribute to international consulting projects, sometimes leading components in planning, delivery, and quality assurance.
- Business Development: Support new client opportunities through scoping and proposal tailoring.
- Customer Experience: Enhance relationships to convert one‑time customers into lasting partners.
- Product Development: Provide channel insights to inform evidence‑based feature recommendations for QS products and services.
- Sector Expertise: Build a solid working knowledge of international higher education. Perform other duties aligned with the role scope.
