Job Description
The role of the Senior Marketing Manager is to maximise the impact of marketing and PR assets and develop marketing campaigns that incorporate both thought leadership and product marketing, and complement demand generation activities. Working in close partnership with both marketing and sales stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, and sales collateral. As a marketing leader you will also be responsible for triaging and allocating marketing requests, reporting on marketing KPIs, copy-editing and proof-reading, and final sign-off on content.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the strategic development and execution of key account campaigns in collaboration with sales stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sales targets and objectives. Develop comprehensive account-based marketing plans to drive engagement and conversions within target accounts. Develop and execute strategies to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), optimising campaign performance across all channels. Utilise analytical reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing and future activities. Participate in monthly ‘all-hands’ marketing meetings to align marketing priorities with thought leadership, product marketing, and demand generation leads.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling campaign creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and audience preferences. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to inform marketing collateral. Coordinate with the design team to ensure content is presented in a highly engaging way that ensures high impact messaging.
- Social Media Campaigns and Amplification: Design, plan, and execute complementary social media campaigns to amplify marketing collateral and increase brand visibility. Develop strategies to leverage social media channels effectively, engaging target audiences and driving traffic to key campaign assets.
Qualifications
What you’ll do to succeed: You will develop and execute strategies to deliver your KPIs. Hold responsibility for the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels, and using that data to inform existing and future activities. Play a key implementation role in creating accurate and error‑free content. Design, plan and execute complementary social media campaigns to further amplify marketing collateral. Control, allocate, and assess resources available for specific initiatives, allocating and prioritising resources to maximise ROI. Educate and inform the sales team with regular attendance at forecasting meetings. Work collaboratively with other marketing stakeholders to coordinate, plan, and schedule outgoing campaigns ensuring parity across product, corporate, and thought leadership marketing.
