The Senior Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion, which includes managing project budgets, communicating to the client on progress in the field, troubleshooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline, and ensuring that profiles and health standards are met on all aspects of the process. This role involves coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects and resolving, recording, and reporting issues that may jeopardise the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Review all project documentation provided by client services with the manager and identify issues that jeopardise the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin. If necessary, provide recommendations to client service and partner with them to obtain a revised quote on the project.
- Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming to review materials, finalise all project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
- Work directly with the client to review all project materials and schedule and make changes as needed.
- Provide consistent updates to the client on the status of the project during the fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone.
- Provide recommendations to the panel team to maximise sample while in the field.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and ensure all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.
- Provide the Finance team with all financial metrics required to complete billing and invoice processes; deliver the final bill to the client.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology or Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Marketing Research preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
