This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end‑to‑end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content, and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR‑compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
We are looking for a Front‑End Developer with 3+ years’ experience to support the delivery of digital assets across email, HTML5 display advertising, and WordPress platforms. This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role suited to someone confident in execution, able to work at pace, and comfortable operating within a regulated (ABPI‑compliant) environment.
Key Responsibilities- Email Development
- Build responsive HTML email templates across major clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile)
- Adapt and version email campaigns efficiently
- Ensure consistent rendering, usability, and performance
- Support testing and deployment (including platforms such as Veeva where required)
- HTML5 Banner Production
- Develop HTML5 display ads from supplied creative
- Optimise assets for platform specifications (CM360, programmatic, publishers)
- Produce multiple formats and sizes across campaigns
- Package files correctly for trafficking
- WordPress Development
- Build and maintain WordPress pages, landing pages, and content hubs
- Create reusable templates for content (PDFs, videos, resources)
- Ensure responsive, user‑friendly builds
- Design Adaptation
- Translate design files (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) into accurate builds
- Support rollout and resizing of campaign assets
- Maintain consistency across channels
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Work within ABPI‑compliant frameworks
- Ensure correct implementation of prescribing information, references, and disclaimers
- Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a front‑end or digital production role
- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills
- Experience building responsive emails
- Experience producing HTML5 banners
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva
- Exposure to ad serving tools (e.g. CM360)
- Basic JavaScript or animation knowledge
