About the Business Division:
This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident person to join our media team. We pride ourselves on our strong long-term relationships with clients and this is a key role to support the media team with media planning buying and implementation, to help maintain and grow our clients.
Your role as a Media Co-ordinator will be to assist the team with multi-channel campaigns for their pharmaceutical clients, this will include:
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Media team and other internal departments to help with schedule implementation and ensure the media plan runs smoothly and deadlines are reached
- To support our Production manager to implement media schedules and liaise with our internal Adops team
- Monitoring campaigns to ensure they are running correctly
- Day-to-day contact with external companies such as publishers and creative agencies, as required.
- Liaising with suppliers to source media information and present back internally
- Assist with preparing campaign analysis and metric reports
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will:
- Be a highly organised self-starter with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a proactive learner
- The ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise tasks, as workflow can fluctuate
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required
- Must be able to prioritise/organise workflow and be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Media Team
- Must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills and ideally be proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
