Job Title: College Academy Coach

Type of contract: Sessional (20hrs)

Pay Rate: Β£12.21 – Β£15ph depending on experience

Location: Hewens College (Hayes) and Rayners Lane (Harrow)

Department: College Academy

Our award-winning QPR College Programme is looking to recruit an ambitious, reliable football coach to join our team.

Weekly Timetable – 20hrs

  • Monday – Hewens College 9am – 11am / Rayners Lane 12pm – 2pm
  • Tuesday – Hewens College 9am – 11am / Rayners Lane 12pm – 2pm
  • Wednesday – Game Day (5 hours average)
  • Thursday – Rayners Lane 12pm – 2pm
  • Friday – Hewens College 9am – 11am

Additional operational duties will be required throughout the week.

Qualifications and Experience

  • UEFA B Licence (desirable)
  • UEFA C Licence
  • In-date DBS, Safeguarding & Emergency Aid Qualifications
  • Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Previous experience working with footballers aged 16-19 years old
  • Experience with team administration
  • Practical knowledge of safeguarding issues
  • Ability to use various delivery styles to engage players
