Our Client has openings for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who have previous experience working in a Call/Contact Centre. You will be dealing with incoming calls. As an experienced Customer Service Advisor you will understand the need to be empathetic when dealing with delicate situations and confidential information.
As part of this dynamic, vibrant and busy Contact Centre, the part you play is vital in bringing to life their commitment to put customers at the heart of everything they do. You will be a passionate "people person" who thrives on providing the very best customer experience, have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have the ambition to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
