In this role, you will assume a key position in establishing our London office. You will not only build a new team but actively develop it, foster talent, and create an environment where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand.

At the same time, you will be closely involved in operational business: you will lead client projects, manage onboarding processes, maintain oversight of project status and reporting, and work closely with executive management as well as our product development team. With your deep understanding of the UK financial industry, you will identify our clients’ needs and translate them into tailored solutions on our platform.

You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality – and have the ambition to not only steer processes but actively shape and drive them forward.

Your mission

  • Line management, further development, and expansion of the new team in London
  • Mentoring and developing employees and building strong team spirit
  • Responsibility for project status, reporting, and coordination with executive management
  • Leading onboarding projects for new clients and managing ongoing client projects
  • Strong understanding of the individual needs of our UK clients and development of tailored solutions
  • Serving as the primary contact for project members with various professional backgrounds (Investment Management, Controlling, Accounting, IT, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with the development department to conceptualize new platform features
  • Active design and optimization of work processes within the team
  • Active participation in daily operational tasks and a passion for hands-on involvement

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Financial Mathematics, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in the financial sector, tax consulting, auditing, consulting, or banking
  • Experience in building and leading teams
  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Very good knowledge and solid experience in the UK financial industry
  • Experience in product management
  • Strong understanding of different asset classes and accounting principles
  • Affinity for new technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • High motivation, quick comprehension, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in English
