Become part of our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and actively shape the growth of our sales pipeline. In close collaboration with our sales team, you will work on positioning our WealthTech platform QPLIX even more on the market. You will be responsible for the first stages of the sales cycle. Through strategic lead qualification, extensive customer research and the development of strong value propositions, you are able to make a direct contribution to the growth of QPLIX.
Your mission
- Identification and qualification of potential leads in collaboration with the responsible Sales Manager
- Supporting the responsible Sales Manager with initial meetings and arranging appointments
- Providing support in the development and implementation of market strategies
- Analyzing customer needs, competitors and market developments
- Maintaining all customer interactions and information in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Screening target markets for potential strategic partnerships and representation at events in the financial and FinTech scene
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, business informatics or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently and structured
- Initial hands-on experience in sales or sales-related tasks in wealth management or the financial sector (also through internships/working student activities)
- You enjoy interacting with customers and selling modern technologies
- Strong negotiating skills and very good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical approach and the ability to derive innovative concepts
- Good understanding of asset classes and financial markets
- Business fluent in English
- Thoroughness, confidentiality, loyalty and willingness to travel
