We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee our electrical programmes and voids refurbishments across domestic social housing properties. You’ll work closely with supervisors, operatives and clients to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of electrical upgrades, testing programmes and multi‑trade voids refurbishments
  • Ensure all workstreams meet KPI targets, client expectations and programme deadlines
  • Coordinate labour, materials and scheduling to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Ensure all works comply with regulatory, statutory and client requirements
  • Oversee NICEIC compliance, certification and sign‑off via the Electrical Supervisor
  • Complete site audits, quality checks, risk assessments and work in line with RAMS
  • Manage budgets, track job costings and maintain strong commercial control
  • Reduce waste, manage material usage and support margin improvements
  • Provide accurate internal and client reporting

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with social housing providers
  • Attend review meetings, present KPIs and resolve issues early
  • Provide clear, professional communication at all levels

Team Development

  • Lead and coach the Electrical and Voids Supervisors
  • Support training, skills development and performance reviews
  • Build a positive, supportive and accountable team culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong operational management experience in social housing, electrical works or voids refurbishment
  • Excellent understanding of H&S, RAMS, compliance and quality standards
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage performance
  • Confident communicator capable of managing clients and resolving challenges
  • Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • A strong electrical background with 18th Edition and QS experience is essential
