We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and manage our outbound business development engine. This is a pure new-business role focused on opening doors, generating opportunities, and creating relationships with prospective clients across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists and outbound campaigns.
  • Generate meetings with hiring leaders, founders, and executives.
  • Secure opportunities for executive search mandates, retained search projects, and large-scale hiring programmes.
  • Develop relationships that lead to preferred supplier agreements (PSAs), service level agreements (SLAs), and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage outbound activity across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, market strategy, and target accounts.
  • Track pipeline activity and performance through CRM systems.
