Qoves is a fast-growing consumer AI startup building the world’s first facial analysis platform that measures and improves your aesthetics through data. We help people understand their face like a lab test and we partner with clinics, creators, and beauty brands worldwide to make that insight actionable.

We are a small, high-performing team moving fast. Every week brings new projects, whether it’s a new product feature, a clinic partnership, or a marketing launch. We now need someone who can take ideas from concept to delivered results.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and turn ideas into real outcomes.

You will take a short brief and build the full plan in Notion, defining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget. You will decide who is needed on the project, assign the right people, and make sure everything runs smoothly. When things fall behind, you will step in and fix them.

This is a builder’s role for someone who loves structure, clarity, and results. You will have full ownership over making sure projects are delivered properly and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Turn new ideas from leadership into clear project briefs in Notion

• Define deliverables, resources, and timelines for each project

• Coordinate across design, tech, and marketing teams

• Identify when more hires or freelancers are needed and help bring them in

• Manage budgets and make sure projects stay within scope

• Keep everyone accountable and on schedule

• Report directly to the CEO with weekly updates and progress

• Keep the Notion workspace clear, structured, and current as the main source of truth for all projects

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or startup execution

• Strong ability to turn ideas into actionable plans

• Highly organized and process-driven

• Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment

• Skilled with Notion

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Bonus: experience in tech, AI, beauty, or consumer brands
