About QOVES
QOVES is a technology company pioneering facial aesthetics, helping consumers make smarter beauty decisions. Our platform gives customers a clear, science-backed understanding of their face, paired with bespoke advice on how they can look better. Our work reaches millions: More than 2.5 million people follow QOVES across platforms and our customers are delighted, with 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews. We believe this reflects the care and sensitivity with which we approach every client who comes to us for guidance. We're a profitable, growing company headquartered at The Library in London, with a team across the globe.
What guides us is simple: people deserve more than one-size-fits-all advice when it comes to their appearance. Every decision we make is grounded in evidence, responsibility, and a broad, inclusive understanding of beauty.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll run all QOVES social media channels day to day - TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn - handling posting, scheduling, community engagement, and ensuring every public interaction reflects our brand voice. That voice is specific: cool, aloof, short, unbothered, confident, and slightly detached. Never warm, never eager, no emojis. The brand is above the noise, not in it. If that restraint feels unnatural to you, this isn't the right fit.
Content creation will be a core part of your role, focusing on internal communications rather than social media. You'll document team activity, company updates, project milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments, helping keep the wider team informed and aligned.
You'll also support the Head of Strategy & Partnerships on cross-functional projects, helping coordinate initiatives, track progress, and ensure key deliverables are executed to a high standard. We need someone who can create, who has taste, and who understands what it means to maintain a premium brand presence at scale.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- A portfolio is mandatory - show us accounts you've managed, content you've created, and growth you've driven
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a specific, restrained brand voice - not generic "engaging" social media
- Understanding of current social media trends and the ability to apply them to a premium brand without diluting it
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera
- Highly organised - can manage a content calendar, multiple platforms, and deadlines without hand-holding
- Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, AI, or appearance-related content
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social for a premium, luxury, or tech brand (not just any brand)
- Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience working with influencers or creators - briefing, coordinating, tracking
- Understanding of social analytics and ability to report on growth metrics
Why Join
You'll be joining a profitable, fast-scaling company with millions of followers already — your content will be seen at scale from day one. You'll work alongside a strong creative team, shape the voice of a brand people actively seek out, and have genuine ownership of how QOVES shows up across social platforms.
Compensation and Logistics
- Salary: competitive, base depending on experience, plus bonus and pension
- Location: The Library, London - 5 days a week in office
- Reporting to: Head of Partnerships
