Qoves is looking for a world class Web Designer to join us in London and shape the entire visual identity of our website and digital presence. This is a role for someone with a modern, polished portfolio and real experience designing for fast growing startups. We are not considering applicants with outdated work or weak portfolios. We want someone whose design taste is exceptional and who lives inside Figma every day.
What you will do:
- Design the full Qoves web experience across landing pages, marketing pages and interactive site components.
- Create clean, modern layouts with strong grid systems, thoughtful typography and a premium editorial feel.
- Work directly with founders and engineering to turn concepts into fully designed Figma pages ready for development.
- Develop the visual direction of our brand across web, content, and digital touchpoints.
- Own the end to end design quality for everything that appears on the website.
What we are looking for:
- A strong and modern portfolio that shows real web design work for startups or fast moving companies.
- Fluency in Figma with the ability to produce high fidelity, polished designs quickly.
- A natural sense of composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy and modern visual identity.
- Experience designing responsive layouts and a deep understanding of how websites convert and tell stories.
- Someone who treats design as a craft and pushes for premium quality in every detail.
