About the Role

You will own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. Responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation — working closely with creative and analytics to drive profitable growth. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has lived inside the data, managed significant monthly budgets, and has extensive experience running direct response campaigns at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads at high spend levels. We’ll ask your peak monthly budget managed.
  • Experience at an agency or in-house at a DTC brand.
  • Advanced Google Analytics (GA4) — you build custom reports and use data to make decisions.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels top to bottom — you know how to align creative, audiences, and landing pages to each stage.
  • Experience scaling on at least one additional platform: TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Programmatic.
  • Strong grasp of attribution, tracking setups (pixels, server-side events, UTMs), and iOS impact on reporting.
  • Comfortable briefing creative teams — you know what makes an ad work and can explain it clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription or high-AOV DTC products
  • Hands-on A/B and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity with MMM or incrementality testing
