The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and technically capable Partnerships Analyst to own and scale our creator onboarding pipeline. This is not a typical content or social media role. We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, understands leverage, and can combine data-driven thinking with strong interpersonal skills. You will spend the majority of your time engaging, onboarding, and managing relationships with content creators, while also building tools and processes to scale outreach efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for content creators
- Identify, reach out to, and engage high-potential creators
- Handle complex or high-stakes conversations with influencers professionally
- Build and optimize outreach systems and workflows
- Use AI tools and lightweight scripting to automate and scale outreach workflows
- Track and improve onboarding conversion rates and pipeline performance
- Develop structured processes for creator qualification, onboarding, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding with growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset (comfortable with numbers, systems, and optimization)
- Technically capable, able to use AI tools, automation, or simple scripts to improve workflows
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with external stakeholders
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and edge cases with influencers
- Highly organised with strong ownership and execution ability
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
