We're looking for a Senior Designer to define and elevate our visual identity across product, marketing, content, and brand. This is for someone who pairs exceptional visual craft with strong creative judgement and can execute at a high level in a fast-moving environment, based on-site at The Library in Elephant & Castle.

The non-negotiable: senior-level visual and digital design ability, evidenced by a strong portfolio and advanced command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and execution of high-impact creative across digital, product, marketing, and brand channels
  • Create compelling assets for websites, landing pages, social, advertising campaigns, presentations, and product experiences
  • Maintain and evolve the QOVES visual identity across every customer touchpoint
  • Design and optimise conversion-focused landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing materials
  • Create data visualisations, infographics, and diagrams that make complex topics clear
  • Establish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable component libraries
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to keep quality and consistency high across all output
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Leadership to bring ideas to life
  • Balance creativity with business objectives, supporting engagement, product adoption, and growth

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, product, or brand design
  • A strong portfolio of high-quality digital, brand, and marketing work
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
  • Excellent grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and composition
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and digital-first brands
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to take a project from concept to final delivery
  • Strong communication and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in consumer technology, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Experience creating social and performance-marketing creative
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or frontend design principles
