About QOVES

QOVES is a technology company pioneering facial aesthetics, helping consumers make smarter beauty decisions. Our platform gives customers a clear, science-backed understanding of their face, paired with bespoke advice on how they can look better. Our work reaches millions: More than 2.5 million people follow QOVES across platforms and most importantly, our customers are delighted, with 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews.

What guides us is simple: people deserve more than one-size-fits-all advice when it comes to their appearance. Every decision we make is grounded in evidence, responsibility, and a broad, inclusive understanding of beauty.

About the Role

You will own two of our most important growth levers: the lifecycle programme that keeps customers engaged across their entire journey, and the referral programme that turns happy customers into new ones. Both need building from scratch. You will map the full customer journey and own lifecycle messaging across email onboarding, activation, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, reactivation, and VIP segmentation. You will build complex automated flows, segment the database by lifecycle stage and behaviour, and run a steady testing programme to optimise everything from subject lines to send timing. You will also own email deliverability and list health.

On the referral side, you will design and build the programme end to end: incentive structure, mechanics, tracking, reward management, and multi-channel promotion. This isn't a "set it and forget it" referral link; it's a proper programme that drives measurable new customer acquisition.

We are currently on ActiveCampaign, so you will be instrumental in that transition and in building the new platform properly from day one. This is a fully remote role with real autonomy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing owning the strategy and execution
  • Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign - building flows, automations, and segments yourself
  • A track record of building automated lifecycle programmes that measurably increased LTV, repeat purchase rate, or retention
  • Strong segmentation skills
  • A working understanding of email deliverability and compliance (GDPR, consent, list hygiene)
  • Experience building or running a referral or loyalty programme
  • Analytical mindset comfortable reading cohort and funnel data, running A/B tests, and making decisions from numbers
  • A self-starter who does their best work remotely without daily direction

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email platforms (ActiveCampaign and / Klaviyo)
  • Hands-on with referral platforms (Mention Me, Friendbuy, ReferralCandy, or similar)
  • Background in high-AOV DTC or digital products
  • SMS/push experience and genuinely multi-channel lifecycle thinking
  • Analytics fluency beyond the ESP (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Understanding of how lifecycle marketing connects to paid acquisition economics

Why Join

This role is different; you will take an existing email function and build it into a proper lifecycle and referral engine, with a large customer base ready to work with from day one. You will have full autonomy over how you shape it, direct access to the CGO, and the flexibility of a fully remote role.

Compensation and Logistics

  • Salary: Competitive, base depending on experience and location, plus performance bonus
  • Location: in-office at The Library in London for UK-based candidates, remote for candidates based outside the UK
  • Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer
