About QOVES

QOVES is a facial aesthetics and technology company helping consumers make smarter, more informed decisions about their appearance. Every day, people make important beauty and aesthetic decisions based on guesswork or generic advice. QOVES replaces that uncertainty with personalised, science-backed facial analysis and clear recommendations tailored to the individual. Our work reaches millions. More than 2.5 million people follow QOVES across our platforms, and our customers have rated us 4.8 stars across more than 600 reviews. We believe this reflects the care, evidence and sensitivity with which we approach everyone who comes to us for guidance. We are a profitable, fast-growing company headquartered at The Library in London, with a wider team operating globally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of data, technology, creativity and commercial growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded graduate to join QOVES as a Graduate Growth & Performance Analyst. You will work closely with our growth and creative teams to help plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. You will analyse campaign and customer data, identify performance trends and help determine where the company should invest its marketing budget. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-achieving graduate who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and understanding consumer behaviour. You do not need previous experience in performance marketing. We are looking primarily for intelligence, curiosity, initiative and the ability to learn quickly. Any relevant internship, project or commercial experience will be an advantage. You will receive hands-on exposure to significant advertising budgets, international markets and real-time business decisions from the beginning of your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will receive structured training across our advertising platforms, analytics tools and growth processes, enabling you to independently manage your responsibilities and campaigns as you develop in the role.
  • Run the planning, launch and day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other growth channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance across metrics such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, return on advertising spend and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and underperforming areas within campaign and customer data.
  • Help allocate advertising budgets across campaigns, platforms and international markets.
  • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards using GA4, advertising platforms and internal data, working with our Growth Engineer.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, bid strategy, campaign structure and funnel analysis.
  • Work with the creative team to translate performance data into clear recommendations for new advertisements, messaging and concepts.
  • Monitor creative performance to identify winning themes, declining results and signs of advertising fatigue.
  • Design and evaluate structured tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, markets and campaign strategies.
  • Conduct competitor, consumer and market research to inform growth opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to the wider growth team and senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree at 2:1 level or above in business, economics, data science, computer science, mathematics, engineering or another relevant quantitative or STEM discipline.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in technology, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and business growth.
  • Confidence working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to solving problems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • The ability to learn new platforms, tools and concepts quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and performance can change rapidly.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to work from our London office five days per week.
  • Previous professional experience is not required. We are more interested in your potential, judgement and capacity to learn.

Nice to Have

  • An internship, placement or university project involving marketing, analytics, consulting, technology, finance or commercial strategy.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience interpreting data, building reports or presenting evidence-based recommendations.
  • Knowledge of paid social, paid search, customer acquisition or conversion funnels.
  • An interest in beauty, facial aesthetics, consumer technology or health technology.
  • Experience contributing to a student society, start-up, personal project or other entrepreneurial initiative.

Why Join QOVES

This is an opportunity to begin your career in a role where your analysis will directly influence commercial decisions. You will work with real budgets, global markets and large volumes of performance data rather than completing purely administrative graduate tasks. You will learn how a fast-growing consumer company acquires customers, tests ideas and turns data into action. You will work alongside experienced growth and creative professionals, with direct exposure to senior decision-makers and a clear opportunity to take on greater responsibility as your skills develop.

Salary: Competitive graduate salary, plus performance bonus and pension. Location: The Library, London - five days per week in the office. Employment type: Full-time. Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer.
