Qoves is building the world's most advanced facial aesthetics platform and we are now looking for a Head of Editorial and Visual Curation to shape the visual identity of our brand. This role sits at the centre of our content machine. Every image, every aesthetic, and every visual choice that appears across our reports, social media, and product experience should feel unmistakably Qoves. Your job is to make sure it does.
What you will do:
- Curate the full visual direction of Qoves across social media, marketing, and product.
- Select the right images for every piece of content and ensure they align with our aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a consistent editorial vibe inspired by fashion, beauty and high end media.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure every post feels premium, scientific, and culturally relevant.
- Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends to ensure Qoves always feels current.
- Build and maintain internal visual guidelines for designers and analysts.
- Oversee quality control for all images and visuals published by Qoves.
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts, photoshoot ideas and brand storytelling.
What we are looking for:
- Strong sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of fashion, beauty and editorial culture.
- Someone who loves visual storytelling and knows exactly what 'looks good'.
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest with a strong grip on current visual trends.
- A background in fashion communication, editorial design, photography, or creative direction.
- Ability to work fast in a high pressure, high growth startup environment.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a strong preference for clean, premium visuals.
